2010 Brings awesome new gigs!

After taking a short break in January, we’re back in full force in February!  Check our “See the Faux Minx Live” page for some great upcoming shows including The Whitaker Center, the Lancaster Leadership Wine and Cheese Convention, Quips Pub, etc.

Back to the Kilt

The Faux Minx played another wonderful summer this evening at the Tilted Kilt on Main Street in Mount Joy. As the sun sank beneath the roofline and the heat from above abated the Minx turned it up on the patio to keep things moving.

Below is a gallery of shots from this evening.

Playing for the Mayor

Mayor J. Richard Gray was kind enough to ask The Faux Minx to play at the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities convention. It was a tremendous honor for The Faux Minx since this was the first big event at the new Lancaster County Convention Center and it involved the Mayors and Councils of every important city in Pennsylvania.

The Minx played during a cocktail reception on the “Mayor’s Night” and the response from the crowd was very gratifying. Check out some shots and see what you think.
